1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using StationStats, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Where account features are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account details and keep them up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and must not:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or infrastructure.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or access systems without permission.
- Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful material.
- Use the platform in breach of applicable law or third-party rights.
4. Content and availability
Station metadata and stream information are provided on an as-is basis and may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or data accuracy at all times.
5. Intellectual property
StationStats branding, design, and original platform content are protected by intellectual property rights. Third-party names, logos, and streams remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is a breach of these terms, security risk, legal requirement, or misuse of the platform.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StationStats is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.
8. Privacy and data protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StationStats after updates means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
